Ken and I met 13 years ago on a whim, we found eachother on a dating site which we both thought was ridiculous after finding out we had so many people in common including my closet family members who new him. We both were thinking we were never going to find anyone. Our first date was an Indian restaurant which I’ve never eaten and I sat there and watched Ken’s bald head sweat I thought what is going on LOL but since then I have grown to love Indian food now thanks to Ken. After dinner I had to test him out and bring him down to Diorios for dessert. Ken ordered an espresso and I knew he would fit right in with my family. Since then we have lived in our apartment together which he called my takeover and I loved that’s place, we then moved to our second home and now we are in our forever home that we have built together. We had many bumps and bruises but we have been able to talk through problems, cry laugh and overcome obstacles that have came our way. From concerts to family party’s, cooking together couch rotting and spontaneously taking off to NYC Ken is my best friend we do everything together and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. We have made so many amazing friends on our journey, friends who our now family. We can’t wait to celebrate our special day with everyone💗
